Ooohhh myyyy

Hey gang!!! ❤️‍🔥

I am doing so good! I've been super busy and haven't had much time to sit down and write an email but I love you all so here is the quickest update EVER!

One of my sisters old companions also lives here!!! My sister trained her in Argentina and she is back from her mission living here with her family. Oh it brings me so much joy seeing her and having her help in lessons. Whenever I see her I just think of my sister and how they served together and taught lessons together at one point. Her and her family are such wonderful people and I feel like I have a little piece of home here seeing them around!

The work and our friends are slowly building up but I have no doubt that there are so many good people here just waiting to be found. We have a friend that read the ENTIRE book of mormon in one week. Um hello?? So lit! We have a couple other amazing friends too! This transfer has been a finding grind - full of lots of street contacts, SIM calls, English class, and whatever else we do to find.
All in all things are coming along! My greenie is the sweetest soul and we have so much fun together. The first couple of transfers in the field are SO HARD because the language barrier is such a setback. Having so much to say and not knowing how to say it is the worst feeling in the world but she is handling everything with so much grace and it's so cool being able to help someone improve and grow in the process!

So heres my short simple but SO important spiritual thought: 💒💒
14 Yea, verily I say unto you, if ye will come unto me ye shall have eternal life. Behold, mine arm of mercy is extended towards you, and whosoever will come, him will I receive; and blessed are those who come unto me.

Jesus christ loves YOU and wants YOU to come to him and be saved!! That's his promise to us!!!

Also the power went out today across the entire countries of Spain and Portugal which was super crazy but we made the most out of it. I love you guys and I hope your week is filled with so many blessings

So much more lit stuff on here:

Pamplona!

Hi guys! Thought it was time to give you all an update about my new favorite place!!!

Almost 2 weeks ago I left Vigo and went to Madrid to pick up my greenie! Her name is Hermana Christiansen and we have so much fun together. Training is so fun!! In just these past 2 weeks alone I've been able to recognize that I am capable of SO MUCH MORE than I thought I was. Like for example, I thought that I still didn't really know Spanish until I had to be the one that knows Spanish and all of the sudden I understand all that I need to understand and I can say all that I need to say. The gift of tounges is soo real! It's been so fun helping a new missionary figure out all the joys and struggles of missionary work here in spain. I remember when I was in training and I honestly didn't have a clue what was going on for at least a transfer. I can confidently say that Hermana Christiansen has her feet on the ground a little more than I did when I got here hahaha. She's so awesome!

A couple days after I got her we headed back to the beautiful city of Pamplona. We've been here for almost 2 weeks and it is unlike anywhere I've ever served!! Whitewashing has been an experience and we've been spending a lot of time this past week just trying to get to know all of our friends and members. It's was weird getting to an area and neither of us knew anything, we're just figuring it all out together!

Pamplona is BEAUTIFUL. We live on the 7th floor and have the prettiest balcony with the prettiest view. There's a park right across the street with farmers markets, churro stands, and live music. There's so many beautiful buildings and statues. This is definitely the most spainy area that I've served in and guau guys I am in love with it. Hermana Christiansen and I find ourselves saying "how do we live here" at least once a day. AND the best part... there are SO many elect people here!! The field is sooo white! We've talked to so many people on the street who are willing to hear our message. We've met so many friends and taught so many lessons with people who just have a different light when they are with us. Missionary work is so beautiful

Our church is squeezed right in between 2 bars. Ironic huh hahaha. Nothing like the smell of cigarettes as we head in for church! It's also on the second floor of the building. Last week we were watching conference there and a super duper drunk man found his way inside, came up to me and started yelling in my face and then he left. Hahaha. Soo anyways... she's an old church and kinda in a funny location but the spirit is still felt so strongly there. We have so many activities there with the members and we're always laughing and having so much fun so I love it!

Conference was SO GOOD!! I feel so spiritually nourished every time! Heres a quote that I really liked...
"With participation in God’s work comes “the right, privilege, and responsibility to represent the Lord [Jesus Christ].” When we serve to magnify Christ and not ourselves, our service becomes joyful."

So that's a little bit of my life right now! I hit 10 months last week and it's crazy how fast time is flying! I hope you all are doing so amazing and I would love to hear from you!
Les quiero muchísimo!!! ❤️‍🔥

The finale

Hi guys! How's it going?? The end is near!! I will be flying into Salt Lake City on December 10th, and my homecoming will be on December...
